Order Accuracy & Quality
Every order is carefully inspected and professionally packaged before shipment to ensure product accuracy and quality standards are maintained.
If you experience an issue with your order, our support team will work promptly to assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide:
- order number
- photos of packaging/products
- description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
Return Eligibility
We provide a standard 30-day return window. This period begins from the date the carrier marks your order as “Delivered.” To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate contact and ship the item back within this 30-day timeframe. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items in their original condition.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return eligibility.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days after review and approval.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an incorrect or damaged shipment.
Order Cancellations

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Delivery Issues
Ultra Pure Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier disruptions
- customs inspections
- incorrect shipping information provided during checkout
- circumstances outside normal shipping operations
